He has also handled various tax related litigations at High Court, Tribunals etc. Laxmi Narain has vast knowledge & a thorough understanding of IFRS, Ind AS, Income Tax, GST, Service Tax, Sales Tax, SEZ STPI . He has assisted overseas companies in Financial Preparation as per applicable GAAP, completing paperwork, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more. He has vast experience in preparing & SOP (Standard operating process) implementation, process automation, Tax planning, TP compliance etc.
